The principals of both companies, Mr. Robert Sproul and Mr. Robert Larkin, have more than 50 years of Retail Management experience in the areas of Human Resources, Operations, and Loss Prevention. We currently conduct over 30,000 Mystery Shops a year Nationwide for a large variety of Retailers.
